Robert J. Goodman, Esq.
Robert J. Goodman, managing partner of GoodmanFrost, PLLC, has a consistent record of successfully handling collection matters ranging from small volume collection accounts to larger portfolios with thousands of accounts and millions of dollars in unpaid receivables. Mr. Goodman takes pride in his client first mentality and believes that this is the strength on which the law firm of GoodmanFrost is based upon.
Mr. Goodman graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1992. He then received his Juris Doctor degree in 1996 from Michigan State University Law School. After extensive experience working in the fast-paced area of collection law, Mr. Goodman formed the Law Offices of Goodman & Poeszat, PLLC in 1999 with former partner Jeffrey Poeszat, Esq.
Mr. Goodman is an active member of National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, Debt Buyers Association, American Collectors Association International and The Michigan Creditors Bar Association where he is the Vice President.
Timothy J. Frost, Esq.
Timothy J. Frost, an associate attorney at GoodmanFrost, PLLC, is an aggressive and tenacious lawyer who strives to provide clients with the highest caliber of representation. Mr. Frost has accumulated extensive civil litigation experience in a variety of areas over the years including collection, insurance law, construction law, real estate litigation, and commercial litigation in general.
In 1983, Mr. Frost obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. He then attended the University Of Detroit School Of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1987. Mr. Frost is actively involved in the American Bar Association, the Michigan Creditors Bar Association, as well as the Oakland Bar Association.
